PUBLIC HEARINGS

ITEM ONE: CASE# 09-00600001: Request by Martin Guillen and the City of Gallup, property owners, for rezoning of 0.516 acres from the Heavy Commercial (C3-B) District to the Multiple-family Residential-mixed Use (RM-4) District for the purpose of residential development. The properties are generally located north of an unimproved portion of West Princeton Avenue and east of an unimproved portion of North 10^th Street, further described as Lots 19 – 24, Block 10 of the Mapel Addition Extension.

ITEM TWO: The City of Gallup Planning and Zoning Commission will give final consideration and recommendation to City Council on the final draft of the update to the City of Gallup Growth Management Master Plan. This item was continued from the May 13^th Planning and Zoning Commission meeting in order to allow for completion of revisions and addition of new components to the draft document. This item will be presented to City Council for final adoption at its June 23, 2009 meeting. The general public is encouraged to attend.
