ITEM FOUR:
CASE# 09-01100002: A resolution voiding an approval of a
subdivision and subdivision agreement by the Gallup Planning and Zoning
Commission on November 12, 2008. The subdivision request was withdrawn by the
applicant due to changing circumstances prior to recording of the subdivision
plat and subdivision agreement at the McKinley County Courthouse. Because the
subdivision plat and subdivision agreement were not recorded at the McKinley
County Courthouse the subdivision is invalid therefore the prior approval must
be made void by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
